Any other images, i.e. product shots or further photos required must be supplied by the customer or will be chargable.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the content supplied to TravisBead. We will correct any mistakes caused by us and will allow customers a reasonable amount of testing and proofing time. Unreasonable amends or changes will be chargable.
Change requests to the template provided will incur additional costs. A bespoke design service is available if required.
Websites are static sites, i.e. no dynamic content, content management or database driven. If these elements are required they will be quoted additionally at the commencement of the project.
Printing will be despatched within 7 working days from approval of proof. Delivery is FREE.
Bespoke logo comprises of an A4 sheet of intial options in black and white. Developing one to completion (in colour), incorporating 2 rounds of amends. Further large scale amends or design changes will be chargable.
All source files remain the property of TravisBead or any third party that we source materials from.
TravisBead or third party suppliers retain all copyright over any work produced on behalf of all our customers. This does not affect your right to use said materials for the purpose they were produced. Any use outside this purpose must be conveyed to the copyright holder, as additional fees maybe due.
TravisBead operates a 50% upfront project fee to all new customers at project commencement. All further invoices must be paid within 30 days of the issue date. TravisBead reserve the right to add 10% interest per calender month, after this 30 day period. Any other fees incurred in the recovery of outstanding debts will be added to the invoice
TravisBead reserve the right to invoice for work to date on projects older than 30 days. Client will be advised of fees payable prior to invoicing.
All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
(N.B - You may not yet be registered for VAT. But, you can reclaim VAT on goods and services supplied upto three years to registration.
We reserve the right to changes out prices at anytime.
